About Jeanie Russell

Jeanie Russell has been a driven REALTOR in the San Francisco area for nearly two decades and a resident for over three decades. She keeps up to date with real estate at every opportunity and acquires relevant certifications available to always stay on top of the real estate world while staying active in the community.

After and before earning her B.S. degree in Business Management, Jeanie worked in sales and marketing, then transitioned to helping clients with their largest investment – their homes.

She makes the unknown work for her clients and their desired outcomes. “My habits: a self-starter, self-driven, self-managed, self-disciplined, open-minded, ethical, loyal, honest, trustworthy, respectful, and patient. I really care about people.”

Ms. Russell, who is fluent in English and Korean, has so well learned the real estate craft and has connected so well with her community that she has received numerous awards and acknowledgments in San Mateo County, in San Francisco and throughout the greater Bay Area.

Jeanie specializes in residential and in investment properties, single-family homes, condo/townhomes, luxury homes, etc. Her current focus: distressed residential properties.

Jeanie will continue to build her system and team; support her clients’ goals by helping them sell their properties at top dollar (mostly asset managers and banks), and acquire properties; and increasing acquisitions of distressed properties and sell after repairs.

Her young dog and kitten are her “Bundles of Joy!"

With over 30 years of sales and marketing, 20 years of business management, 12 years of Real Estate relationship building and with short sales approval records, we are confident in our ability to move mountains in this industry.

My team and I are committed to making every real estate transaction a positive and successful experience for sellers, investors, companies, and buyers alike. We want to be involved in helping our clients realize the American dream of home ownership, profitable investment projects, real estate business owners while working with banks - asset managers to help with liquidation of their assets.

I experience a very personal and professional sense of accomplishment each and every time when we assist
our clients with one of the largest investments they will ever make during their lifetime, to successfully help clients as a start-up real estate business owners or established, and execute liquidation of assets.

Although I enjoy the challenge of having successfully started multiple businesses since 1986, I realized my preference for building trusting long-term client relationships and the joy I receive when my team and I together make a difference helping clients reach their goals. I thrive in the real estate industry for the reasons cited above as well as the genuine satisfaction of working with great people, excellent agents, top notch colleagues, innovative companies, and a business we take extreme pride in, regardless of market conditions.
